On a low mound in a small rectangular compound 100 yards south of Kebs Road. 100 yards along a track to circular aerial array.
OPEN All surface features remain intact with the louvres on the ventilation shaft and the hatch missing. A little green paint remains. Internally there is half and inch of water on the floor as well as a number of broken sheets of asbestos and the counter balance from the hatch. Twin bunks, a single bed and the cupboard (no doors), table (detached) remain. The monitoring room door has gone and the toilet door is detached and broken (2000). When visited in October 2006 there was little change.
April 2016 This ROC post is in a poor state now and had about 8 inches of water in it. The hatch is open and the lock broken.
A few concrete fence posts for a separate compound that would have housed the aircraft post stand a few yards to the north.
Opened in 1961 and closed in 1968.
