On the East side of a public footpath close to the Western edge of Nefyn Golf Course.
DEMOLISHED The only evidence is a slight depression in the ground.
A two storey stone tower (10’ X 10’) with a concrete walkway around it half way up stands on a headland at SH27624198. The doorway has been bricked up. A mounting for something is visible protruding from the roof. A golf club official said the building was an ROC post built in the 1950’s. This site is not mentioned in Attack Warning Red and maybe a disused coastguard lookout. There is some evidence that the front of the upper storey was once open but has now been bricked up and painted.
Opened in 1960 and closed in 1991.
