Hohlgangsanlage 2 (Ho2) was built as a storage area for German Rations in World War II. Tragedy struck in 1962 when two boys were asphyxiated due to oxygen depletion after an earlier fire. Much of the tunnel is concrete lined but some areas remain unfinished. Part of the complex was blown up by the British after the war. The tunnels are now sealed.
