Located on private land to the east of the B3397 Hamble lane and on the north side of an unnamed track leading to a water treatment works.
The bunker is in poor condition, the cupola has been removed, the emergency ladder and hatch are both missing the bunker is flooded to a depth of 1 to 2 feet. There are many orignal artifacts in place, light switches and light fittings the main passageway features a long row for coat hooks all still retain there RAF green paint. The bunker also features an extra room leading off of the main office this would surgest that this is a type 11012/41 also there is what looks to be a second emergency exit and a small air vent leading out from the extra room. The bunker has now been back filled and sealed, no further investigation was possible due to site conditions.
