In square compound on the north side of A6105 west of its junction with a farm track (Peatmans Loan).
LOCKED All surface features remain intact with some flaking of the green paint. The hatch is locked internally. A metal dome on the ventilation shaft indicates this was a master post.
Opened in 1964 and closed in 1991.
The site is still easily accessible, ground however is uneven and people should be careful. The post is open and currently accessible. No real inside pictures as I was alone.
Ladder still looks sturdy but as some recent YouTube content has shown it is flooded although does not look terrible deep.
