The ROC post is still in its sad condition with missing green paint. After a while I managed to get the hatch open with WD40 and inside the post is striped with only the table intact. The post is also flooded to about 2 inches with the ladder very rusty.

The ROC post is now SEALED the hatch is welded shutbut also with some flanking green paint on the hatch. On the exterior the post is still in fair condition with flanking green paint badly and the louvers are all now missing. After looking down the access shafts Ventilation shaft i noticed that the ladder has been removed and the sump pump removed as well. There is also some rubbish down both shafts but is now starting to flood maybe 1 foot?. But otherwise all that the ROC post is in fair condition.
