The ROC post is is poor condition with all of the original green paint gone. On the exterior there is some damage wich includes: BPI (Bomb Power Indicator) mount bent, the ventilation louvres gone, hatch missing, concrete on top of the ventilation shaft missing, lots of concrete chipped away on the access shaft, and the FSM (Fixed Survey Meter) mounts lid hanging on by 1 bolt.
On the inside the post is now flooded to the top of the sump pump, around 3 feet, the door to the chemical toilet room is broken and barely hanging onto the door hinges. The monitoring room itself is empty and only has the wood on the walls to hold up some wires and the original cupboard. Also on the exterior the small WWII building is still holding up with is metal sheet roof.
