The ROC post is now SEALED with a large piece of concrete shoved on the access shaft and access is impossible. On the exterior the post is in poor condition with suffered a lot of damage wich includes: Ventilation louvers all gone, Ventilation shaft destroyed, access Hatch gone, GIZ (Ground zero indicator) mount gone, BPI (Bomb Power Indicator) mount gone, and most of the concrete around the hatch destroyed. On the inside access is very tight it was taken from the other side were the concrete in the hatch, but I managed to get in, but I was only in the shaft. On the inside the post is flooded to around 3 feet from the monitoring rooms door but nothing remains except the table, cupboard, and 1 bed and chemical toilet floating. Otherwise all that the ROC post is in poor condition.
