In a compound on pastoral land on top of a hill 100 yards South of Esher by-pass (A3), East of its junction with Copsham Lane.
OPEN All surface features remain intact. the hatch is open but the shaft is filled with wire to prevent easy access. Internally the walls are covered in graffiti. The folding table, shelf. two single beds, two folding chairs and an electric fire remain. Some utensils are amongst the rubbish on the floor.
Opened in 1962 and closed in 1968.

It is reported that a sculpture of a horse’s head has been placed on top of the site of the ROC Post but it is not know what has happened to the ROC post.

The horse statue that once resided on top of the concrete plug on the hill is no longer there, it has been moved a couple metres away after being toppled in a storm. This leaves just an unknown concrete structure atop the hill.
