The ROC post is still LOCKED with a lock with a metal box on top welded on the hatch. But the laches for the locks are now cut and the locks are now missing. On the exterior the post is in good condition but has suffered some damage wich includes, The concrete around the hatch smashed away, The BPI (Bomb Power Indicator) mount bent, and the Ventilation louvers are starting to crack. Otherwise that the ROC post is in good condition and not bad for a 1991 shut down.
