DEMOLISHED Although the post has been demolished a telegraph pole and line remain intact. One side of the compound fencing also remains intact on the field boundary.
An Orlit B still stands at SX65664481. The post was named Bigbury-on-Sea when the Orlit was in use. It was re-named and resited and renamed Holberton in May 1962. The Orlit is on the south side of a field boundary beside a public footpath. Two rungs of the steps are missing. There is a hole in one end wall and the door and doorframe are missing.(2002) By ummer 2018 the sides had fallen away.
Opened in 1963 and closed in 1968.
