In arable field south of public footpath on top of hill 150 yards east of un-named minor road
LOCKED All surface features intact and in good condition. A new hatch has been fitted and this is secured with a nut and bolt. Internally the post retains twin bunks and a single bed, table, shelf, cupboard, canvas chair, large splint, several crates, batteries and some papers including the results of an aircraft recognition test from 1977 which the observer failed!. All the furniture and woodwork is unpainted.
Opened in 1960 and closed in 1968.
