In a square compound on the East side of an un-named minor road running North from Diss Road (A1066).
OPEN All surface features remain intact with dark green paint in good condition. The hatch is open. Internally much remains including wiring, kitchen utensils, three mattresses, some papers and copper strips indicating this was a master post. Furniture includes folding table and shelf, cupboard, extra wooden shelving and four chairs.
Opened in 1961 and closed in 1991.

Visited in January 2025. The area is overgrown with brambles but access is possible to the hatch from the field side. The hatch is unlocked, access ok down shaft, about 2" of water at the bottom, totally vandalised. Lots of rubbish, tiles loose, broken chair, broken furniture and door off hinges.
