On the edge of Gog Magog Golf Course on a sharp bend (car parking area) in ‘Roman Road’ 150 yards South of Worts Causeway.
DEMOLISHED All surface features have been cleared away but the ground is disturbed and a gate in the golf course perimeter fence once served the post.
Opened in 1961 and closed in 1991.
Nothing remains, not even fence posts. Found it on an old OS map and it originally had a triangular perimeter fence.
Here are some photos I took 25/12/25 of the gate. You can just see the raised mound through the gate where the post was. This was not easy to locate
