In a compound on the West side of Cottonshope Road. This is a restricted site on MOD land, part of the Otterburn Training Area. Public access only when red flags are not flying.
LOCKED All surface features remain intact. The hatch is locked but can be opened with a ‘T’ bar key. Internally the cupboard, folding table and shelves remain in place. There is a field telephone connected to the BT line indicating some current military use.
Opened in 1965 and closed in 1991.
