Beside the newer of two small telephone exchanges on the west side of an un-named minor road.
LOCKED All surface features remain intact and in fair condition although the louvres for the ventilation shaft are missing. The other pair are intact but rotting. The step is pulling away from the access shaft and the concrete apron has cracked. Some green paint remains. The hatch is only locked internally but the mechanism has rusted solid and the hatch can’t be opened.

The ROC Post is under restoration with new paint starting to go on the post. The old rotting louvres are all missing probably waiting for new ones. The post is still locked internally. With flaking green paint on the hatch.

The ROC post is now unlocked with the hatch easily opened and being painted green. On the exterior the post is in pretty good condition with new louvres put on both of the Ventilation shafts. But the post has suffered some damage which includes: concrete around the hatch smashed away, the step up to the hatch/shaft detached, the BIP (Bomb Power Indicator) mount removed, and some holes in the FSM (Fixed Survey Meter) mount.
On the inside of the post there is 2 inches of standing water but there are some carpets to stand on. But the post has also suffered damage on the inside which includes, the sump pump handle removed, the door to the storage room laying in the water, and some poles in the water as well.
Many artefacts remain which include, the folding table, original cupboard with has a Teletalk tucked in, chairs, chemical toilet, 1 bed, wood to hold up the wires, light bulbs, plates, screws, fuses, original visitor book, No Smoking sign, light timer, and some newer items (probably from the restoration) kettle, tea pot, and some papers. Otherwise the ROC post is in good condition and my best 1968 shut down to date.
