Notes: Huskisson Station was situated on the Cheshire Lines Committee's North Liverpool Extension Line which connected its main Liverpool to Manchester line to the north Liverpool docks by skirting through agricultural land to the east of Liverpool. When the line opened Walton-on-the-Hill was the terminus but seven months later on 13.7.1880 services started running through to Huskisson. Initially it was only used on 13/14 July for race traffic with a public service starting on 2.8.1880.

The passenger station closed on 13.7.1885 as it was not very well used. It was converted for goods use as it lay within the huge Huskisson Goods Station. Huskisson remained open for rail borne goods services until August 1975 and for road services for some years after that.
