Stoneleigh Park was the site of a Royal Artillery Anti-Aircraft Operations Room (AAOR), covering the Coventry & Rugby anti-aircraft zone or Gun Defended Area (GDA), and was built in the early 1950s.

The former 1950's AAOR at Stoneleigh Park, has been demolished, all that is visible now is a `footprint' of the building.
