The photo shows a magazine. There is also a tunnel into the hillside
(now filled). The trackway just visible in the background was a railway that linked to the
main camp site (now flattened) about half a mile away. It carried supplies to the test
site. The above information was gleaned from locals, including the
site owner who remembers the railway.

In later years, this site was used as a Home Office supply depot. The Home Office had a number
of these depots. They varied in shape and size over the years but now they have all gone.
