| Description | OPEN The post was renamed New Oakley some time between 1966 and 1968. The ventilation shaft is reduced to a stump with re-enforcing rods, the FSM pipe has gone. The access shaft is intact but the hatch and ventilation louvres have gone. The monitoring room is flooded to within four feet of the top of the shaft. |
