Location In a small rectangular compound 100 yards East of B3269 at the end of a line of telegraph poles.
Description LOCKED All surface features remain intact. The green paint is flaking and the hatch is partly detached and very rusty. It was open when visited in 2000 but has now been locked. Internally the post is damp with 1" of water on the floor. The table, shelf, cupboard, two long cupboards, a sloping table, BPI mount, bed ends, battery box, fire blanket box, car spotlight (mounted on wall) and some BT wiring remain. There is still an access gate, now wired up and overgrown, in the wall beside the road. The post was sold in 2003.
