|Location||On a mound in a square compound on the East side of a private farm road linking Streetway Road with the A5|
|Description||SEALED All surface features remain intact with some flaking of the green paint. The top of the access shaft has been sealed with a 10" slab of concrete, probably fairly recently as the wooden shuttering is still in place. There are modern steps up the mound and a wooden bench seat has been placed on the top between the two shafts. Having closed in 1968 the post was reopened in 1983 following the closure of Polesworth.
During the building of the Nearby M6 Toll Road, the concrete block and shuttering was placed over the hatch to prevent occupation by protestors.
