| Description | OPEN All surface features remain intact. The hatch is damaged and is jammed half open, it can't be fully opened or closed. Internally the post is flooded to a depth of 30 inches (during it's operational life it was always a wet post) and all that is visible is the top of the cupboard. |

Although there is nothing left of the aircraft post, there is a truncated telegraph pole with two telephone connection boxes with cables still in place. This would have been used in conjunction with the aircraft post. |
