| Description | OPEN All surface features remain intact. The low mound has been removed leaving the ventilation shaft standing on three course of bricks, and a gap under the concrete apron around the access shaft with the top of its adjacent ventilation shaft damaged. The BPI is bent over right over. All the ventilation louvres are missing but a little green paint remains. The cover plate on top of the FSM pipe is raised by 5” with two bolts as spacers (reason unknown) The hatch is missing and the shaft has been infilled with oil drums to within three feet of the top. |
