The Orlit looking north east. The photo of it on the site at the moment seems to be a mirror image with the steps being at the east end rather than the West? The same also seems to be the case with the photo of the post.

Location	On a low mound within an overgrown square compound 25 yards north of an un-named minor road close to a public footpath.
Description	OPEN All surface features remain intact with some green paint and ventilation louvres. There is some damage to the hatch surround and the hatch is open. Internally all that remains is the folding table, shelf, cupboard, twin bunks, BPI mount, GPO junction boxes and wiring, light and wiring.
Remaining Surface Structures	An Orlit B stands on a hill top 600 yards to the north at SD36360398. It has a stunning 360 degree view. The roof of the crew room is lying on the ground and the steps are in poor condition with the top handrail missing.
