Location On a mound within a rectangular compound on a highpoint at the junction of two public footpaths, 200 yards East of an un-named minor road first along overgrown farm track, then along footpath.
Description LOCKED There are two concrete steps up the mound which is beginning to erode at one end leaving the ventilation shaft standing on 4 courses of bricks. All surface features remain intact with some flaking of the blue paint. A metal dome on the ventilation shaft and one guying point on a concrete block indicate this was a master post. There are three bolts protruding from the ventilation shaft, a mounting for something. The hatch is locked but can be opened with a 'T' bar key. Internally much remains including the table, shelf, cupboard, twin bunks, three mattresses, siren box, battery box, small splint, T-pot, papers, BT connection boxes and wiring, long shelf, radio shelf, fire blanket box, waste bin, a small 'kitchen' cabinet and some papers. The post is strewn with rubbish.
