| Description | LOCKED The post has been surrounded by new fencing with barbed wire and no gate and the land has been planted with trees. There is a disused telegraph pole alongside. All surface features remain intact with some flaking of the paint, off white on the concrete and green on the metal. The hatch is locked but can be opened with a ‘T’ bar key. Internally much remains including WB1401 carrier receiver with WB1410 filter unit, Tele-Talk, table, shelf, cupboards (higher than usual), wooden shelf over cupboard, 2 local cluster maps, various papers and posters, BT junction boxes and wiring, light, visitors book, various copies of ROC Magazine and ‘Civil Protection’ and a battery fuse box. |
