Description LOCKED The post is owned by England Electrical Communications but is not used as they have another site nearby. The surface construction of this post is unusual. The shaft is higher than usual standing on three courses of bricks. It has a double step up to it. The ventilation shaft is very wide at the bottom with a step at the bottom of the louvres to bring it to the usual width. The FSM pipe is encased in a 1-foot thick concrete block while the BPI pipe is encased ion a 6 thick concrete block. The internal lock has been cut away leaving a 4 X 3 hole in the hatch. The hatch is however still locked with padlocks. The tops of both ventilation shafts are lying on the ground. Internally much remains including the table, shelf, cupboard, WB1401 carrier receiver and WB1410 filter unit, Tele-talk, two cloud posters (indicating this was a ROCMET post) two cluster maps, the mattresses, baffle plates, various papers, BT junction boxes and wiring, 2 lights, BPI mount, candle holder, fire blanket in its box, chair, 2 Jerry cans, pick axe, two blankets, kettle, teapot, saucepan, plastic bowl and a spade.
