| Description | LOCKED All surface features remain intact with the light green paint in good condition. Both the FSM and BPI pipes are surrounded by a concrete column. The T-bar key hole has a small hinged cover over it which seems to be a local feature. The access shaft is unusually high with a high single step up to it. The concrete apron around the shaft is also raised. |
