| Description | LOCKED All surface features remain intact with some flaking of the green paint. A dome on the ventilation shaft and two guying points indicate this was a master post. There is a white louvred box that contained a weather station close by, the box is now empty. The hatch is locked but can be opened with a Scottish ‘T bar’ key. Internally the following artefacts remain: table, shelf, cupboard, twin bunks, WB1401 carrier receiver connected to WB1400 speaker. Tele-Talk, BT junction boxes and wiring, mirror, first aid poster, rope and a net. Three wooden shelves in the toilet recess indicate the room was not used as a toilet. |
