Jun 5 Updated: RAF Sandwich - Full history of RAF Sandwich & RAF Ash including some archive photographs. RAF Sandwich was a WW2 GCI radar station and later a ROTOR radar station. During the 1980's the site was rebuilt and renamed RAF Ash
