On pastoral land on the South side of an un-named minor road, opposite the entrance to a cemetery.
OPEN All surface features remain intact but the ventilation louvres are missing. The original locking bar is still in place but no padlock. The hatch is open. Internally the post is clean and dry and very well preserved. Remaining artefacts include twin bunks and a single bed with three mattresses, table, shelf, cupboard, 14 Jerry cans, battery box and battery, small splint, 2 boxes of printing out paper, one notice, GPO connection boxes and wiring and the light.
Opened in 1962 and closed in 1968.
