On private land south of the B5405 over looking Hextall convert.
The bunker is in very good condition as it is an above ground structure, it is dry but there is farm rubbish filling some of the floor space.The emergency exit is covered with a thick iron plate. The emergency exit ladder is still in place. There are a few features remaining, the issue hatches still have their wooden frames (and are of a non standard size) and there is a small concrete and brick shelf in the former messengers and runners room.
