On hilltop 200 yards west of car park at South Sutors.
SEALED All surface features remain intact but the ventilation louvers are missing and there is damage to the access shaft. The shaft is capped with 6" of concrete.
4 small buildings stand nearby these are party of a WW2 Chain Home Low radar station that stood on the hilltop. There is also a WW1/WW2 coastal battery close to the car park at South Sutors consisting of three gun emplacements, two underground magazines, two searchlights, battery control post, powerhouse and numerous other buildings.
Opened in 1961 and closed in 1968.
