In square compound on North side of Crete Road West overlooking Channel Tunnel terminal.
OPEN Weathered due to its exposed position but all surface features are intact. A metal dome on the ventilation shaft indicates this was a master post. When first inspected in 1998 it was locked but it was open in January 2001. Internally the following items remain, cupboard (one door detached), table, shelf, long shelf, light, copper earth straps, wiring, light, three seats/storage boxes, waste bin.
Opened in 1960’s and closed in 1991.
