Notes: A temporary station called Norland is believed to have stood on the site in 1864. The West London line remained open to passengers between Clapham Junction and Kensington Olympia but has always remained in use in its entirety as a cross London rail link for freight traffic and empty stock movements and some cross country passenger trains. A shuttle service between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction was reintroduced in the 1990's with West Brompton Station reopening in 1999.

A new station is under construction on the Uxbridge Road site as part of the new White City development. It will be called Shepherds Bush and will incorporate the existing Central Line station. The West London line is also used by Eurostar trains running from their North Pole depot to Waterloo via Clapham Junction. It is due to open in early 2008.
