An earth covered ice-house stands to the rear of Hatchford Park School (formerly Hatchford Park) in Ockham. When visited in 1996 the entrance was open and all the internal brickwork was in good condition.

Having been converted into luxury flats in the late 1990's, the former school was destroyed by fire in 2000. It is unlikely that the fire affected the ice-house however it is located close to the house and its present condition is unknown.
