Wealden Cave and Mine Society- Reigate Caves Open Days [Posted April 13.]

There will be guided tours underg

round in some of the Reigate 'caves' (silver-sand mines, beers wines and spirits stores, WWII air-raid shelters, etc) on the following Saturdays - an admission charge is made. The Barons' Cave (Reigate Castle), and the Tunnel Road East and West 'caves' are likely to be included in

the tours. Lighting, hard hats and guides are provided.

Tours are throughout the day, usually between 10 am and 4 pm Telephone Malcolm Tadd on 01737-823456 for further details / confirmation of times if required.

Tours start at (a) Tunnel Road and (b) the Barons' Cave lower entrance in the Castle grounds.
