| 10.20am – 11.20am | Old Chalk Mines and their stabilization. Dr Clive Edmonds, a partner with Peter Brett Associates talks on the history of Chalk Mining and related investigations and remedial treatment of the mined ground. |
| 11.20am – 12.20pm | Clifton Rocks Railway. Peter Davey, Chairman of the Clifton rocks railway trust will tell us of the history of this 114 year old Funicular railway in Bristol that found other uses in the 2nd world war. |
| 12.20pm – 12.50pm | Royal Ordnance Factory Dunham-on-the-Hill. Phil Prichard shares with us his extensive research into this top secret works |
| 12.50pm – 2.00pm | Lunch Lunch may be obtained locally at reasonable cost in nearby Cafes, Pubs and Restaurants. | 2.00pm – 2.20pm | The 'Other' Berlin Bunkers. Bob Clary visits some of the other '5000 series' bunkers built in support of the 5001 Honecker bunker |
| 2.20pm – 3.20pm | Canal Tunnels. Allan Gilbert whose passions are the waterways of the Midlands, will take us on a guided tour of some of these 18th and early 19th century feats of subterranean engineering. |
| 3.20pm – 3.30pm | Afternoon tea, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits. |
| 3.30pm – 4.30pm | Titan. Dave Nixon tells us of the discovery and exploration of this 142 Metre shaft near Castleton in Derbyshire. Revealed in 2006, it is the deepest cave shaft in Britain and connects to 17km of cave. |
| 4.30pm – 5.15pm | Brief communications. Members are invited to give a short (under 8 mintes) presentation on their recent discoveries or activities. Video and computer projection facilities will be available. Please advise Brian Hillman during the day if you wish to make a presentation. |
